Biography
Evangelia Damigou is a PhD Candidate in Cardiovascular Epidemiology and a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Harokopio University of Athens. Her research interests include the long-term impact of lifestyle habits, particularly dietary habits, on cardiovascular diseases and related comorbidities. She is passionate about obesity prevention and serves as an ambassador for the HealthyW8 project through the European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians, helping develop personalized, digital-based lifestyle recommendations. She is also a Career “HUA” Ambassador for Harokopio University of Athens (HUA).
