Elizabeth Curtis is a New Zealand trained cardiologist and gained fellowship with the Royal College of Australasian Physicians in 2022. She gained her medical degree from the University of Otago in 2012 and subsequently completed her specialist training in the Auckland region. She has completed two fellowships; one year of advanced heart failure, cardiac transplant and cardiac devices at Auckland City Hospital, and an international fellowship in echocardiography and research at the University Hospital of Rennes in France under Professor Donal from September 2022. She has an interest in heart failure, cardiac device implantation and management and has a level 1 cardiac device certification with the European Heart Rhythm Society and is currently submitting her logbook to gain level 2 certification. She also has an interest in cardiac sarcoid and has been working on the registry for patients with cardiac sarcoidosis in Auckland under Dr Tony Scott and Dr Nicola Edwards.
