Biography
Pilar Escribano Subìas, MD, PhD, received her MD from the University of Zaragoza, Spain, and her PhD from the University Complutense of Madrid. Fellow Cardiology Service at Hospital 12 de Octubre. Madrid. 1987-1991. Professor of Cardiology at Complutense University of Madrid. Headmaster in 4 edition of International Pulmonary Hypertension Master She has experience with patients with pulmonary hypertension in heart failure and adults with congenital heart disease, and has a strong interest in clinical studies and new clinical applications in these areas. Dr. Escribano has served as Coordinator for the National Registry of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (REHAP) initiated by SEC and the Spanish Society of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery. She is a member of ESC Working Group on Pulmonary Circulation & Right Ventricular Function.
