Biography
Dr. F.A. (Erik) Klok is an Internist with a speciality in Vascular Medicine. He is a clinical staff member of the department of Medicine at the Leiden University Medical Center (Leiden, the Netherlands) and a visiting Professor at the Center for Thrombosis and Hemostasis of the University of Mainz (Mainz, Germany). His main research interests are diagnostic management of acute venous thrombosis as well as prediction and treatment of long term complications of venous thrombosis.
