Tamar Avedissian holds the position of Clinical Instructor at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. She earned her MSN in Nursing in 2011 and a BSN in 2004 from the American University of Beirut. Currently, she is dedicated to pursuing her Ph.D. with a particular focus on the growth and development of children with congenital heart disease. Tamar's professional journey involves various roles in providing care to children in both hospital and community settings. She has collaborated in developing national guidelines in pediatric care and has provided several training sessions to nurses. She has contributed to peer-reviewed journal articles and a book chapter, underscoring her dedication to advancing the nursing profession. Tamar is proficient in the Arabic, Armenian, and English languages. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys writing poems and swimming as hobbies.
