Mr Gabriel Olteanu

Mr. Gabriel Olteanu is a cardiac rehabilitation physiotherapist, nutrition consultant (MSc) and PhD Student at "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy with a strong academic and clinical interest in cardiovascular prevention, lifestyle medicine, exercise-based rehabilitation and nutritional strategies for patients with cardiometabolic risk. He is currently developing research focused on the integration of body composition analysis, exercise capacity, nutrition and digital health tools in cardiovascular rehabilitation. His areas of expertise include cardiac rehabilitation, prevention of cardiovascular disease, patient education, nutrition counselling, body composition assessment and multidisciplinary approaches to long-term health. Through his work, he aims to translate scientific evidence into accessible, practical and personalised interventions that support patients in improving their quality of life, functional capacity and long-term cardiovascular outcomes.
