With a background in Marketing, working in Ireland and abroad, Pauline set up SCAD IRELAND in 2018, after experiencing SCAD, misdiagnosis, three heart attacks, cardiac arrest, open heart surgery, ICD implantation and a diagnosis of heart failure in 2012, all within days of the birth of her third child. Pauline now works with national and International cardiac organisations and policy makers to improve patient care, supports and 'value' in medicine.
