Dr. Deborah C. Gray, DNP, MSc, FNP-C, ANP-BC, FAANP is the Deputy Director of the Global Academy of Research and Enterprise for International Council of Nurses and Associate Graduate Director for Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) Programs at Old Dominion University in Virginia USA. She has practiced as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Provider for the last 30 years. She has taught, presented, published, and won awards for her work nationally and internationally on various clinical and educational topics, including global advanced practice nursing and the management of Hypertension internationally. Dr. Gray is a US Fulbright Scholar for Sub-Saharan Africa and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
