Biography
Graduated in Medicine at the University of São Paulo Medical School at Ribeirao Preto (1980); doctorate (Ph.D.) in Clinical Emergency at the Clinical Hospital of the University of São Paulo Medical School, São Paulo (1999) and post-doctorate (Livre-Docente) at Heart Institute (InCor), School of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, São Paulo (2001). Currently is Associate Professor Level 3 of the University of São Paulo Medical School and Director of the Prevention, Heart Disease and Rehabilitation Service in InCor-HC.FMUSP. Doctoral Advisor of the Postgraduate Program in Cardiology Senso Estrict, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo and Master's Advisor of the Postgraduate Program in Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo Has experience in the area of Medicine, with emphasis in Cardiology, acting mainly in the following themes: coronary heart disease, chronic and acute coronary syndrome, heart disease in women, epidemiology of CVD.
