All my professional life including every-day clinic, education and scientific interested is relevant to VHD. I am a Head of Structural Heart Diseases Clinic, Echo Lab and Outpatient’s Clinic in Medical University of Gdansk – treating the most complicated patients. I am also Cardiology Consultant for whole Pomeranian region. VHD guidelines is my main lectures topic for cardiologist in Poland . I have introduced in our University TEER for mitral and tricuspid valve but also more unique procedures as valve in valve/ring/MAC, PVLs closings. I am a huge fun of new technologies and fusion imaging (eg 3D Echo and CT) – topic of my speech . Main topic of my research is calcium score of AS, BAV and also diagnosis of aortic stenosis, mitral and aortic regurgitation. All efforts I have been made are focus on improving VHD diagnosis and periprocedural echo guiding.
