MD, PhD Anna Vachulova, arrhythmologist, heart failure specialist completed her medical degree and PhD. studies at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She continued her training in Bratislava; in the Dept of Anesthesiology at Slovak National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, in the Dept of Internal Medicine University Hospital, at the Comenius University, and in the Dept of Cardiology (Arrhythmia and Pacemaker implantation) at the Slovak National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases. She completed her specialist training in Internal Medicine and later in Cardiology at Slovak Medical University, Bratislava. Between 2013 and 2015 she was attending a specialist training in heart failure, and graduated with the Certificate of Advanced Studies at University of Zurich in Heart Failure - in collaboration with the ESC, the HFA. She has a special interest in arrhythmias especially AF, anticoagulation treatment, LAAO, heart failure, arterial hypertension.
