Mrs Annette Henderson

Annette Henderson is the lead Physiotherapist for the Our Hearts Our Minds programme in the Western Trust, Northern Ireland. Annette has worked in cardiac rehabilitation since 2009 which has successfully been transformed into Our Heart Our Minds in 2019. Annette is also the Physiotherapy lead in pulmonary rehabilitation. Using her skills, experience and clinical knowledge she leads on the delivery and exercise component of rehabilitation. Annette is passionate about helping patients to understand their condition, to improve their fitness and confidence to exercise and to have the best health they can.
