Doctor Rachel Forster

Rachel completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition at Michigan State University in 2009. In 2013 she completed her Masters of Public Health at the University of Edinburgh, with a focus on epidemiology and medical statistics. Between 2013 and 2019 Rachel worked as a systematic review author for Cochrane Vascular where she has been involved in a variety of reviews focused on different vascular related topics in different populations. In 2020 she completed her PhD in Population Health Sciences from the University of Edinburgh with a focus on chronic disease epidemiology, specifically vascular disease in older people with type 2 diabetes. She is currently working as a post doc at the Norwegian Instititute of Publich Health focused on risk of cardiovascular disease after treatment of prostate cancer.
