Professor Alon Eisen

Alon Eisen is a senior cardiologist in Rabin Medical Center, affiliated to Gray Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences in Tel Aviv University. He is the deputy director of the Cardiovascular Division in Rabin Medical Center, head of the clinical cardiology research unit, and head of the post-MI clinic. He is the general secretary of the Israel Heart Society. Prof. Eisen has completed his fellowship in the TIMI study group in Brigham and womens' hospital and Harvard Medical school in Boston, USA. He is a Professor of Cardiology at Tel Aviv University. His main research interests include secondary prevention after an ACS, novel pharmacotherapies, and atherosclerotic risk-factors.
