Doctor Anum Asif

Dr. Asif is currently first year cardiology fellow at University of Texas Health Sciences, San Antonio, USA. She has completed one year of clinical and research fellowship in Women's Cardiovascular Health at Barbra Streisand Women's Heart Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center prior to joining her general cardiology fellowship. During her research training, she studied sex differences in cardiovascular care and had been an active part of ongoing WARRIOR and WISE-pre HFpEF clinical trails. In future, she is interested in extending her research interests to study SCAD, Takotsubo and Peripartum cardiomyopathy.
