Dr Barbara Ignatiuk, MD, PhD, graduated from the University of Padua Medical School, Italy. Since 2010, she has been the Head of the Electrophysiology and Electrostimulation Laboratory at the United Hospitals Padua South, Monselice, Italy. In 2020 she completed an Executive MSc in Health Economics, Outcomes and Management in Cardiovascular Sciences at the London School of Economics, organised in collaboration between the European Heart Academy of ESC and LSE. In September 2021, she moved to the Alto Vicentino Hospital, Santorso, Italy, to collaborate in setting up a new EP unit.
