Ms Laura Yeates

Laura is a cardiac Genetic Counsellor with more than 14 years’ experience. She completed her Genetic Counsellor Certification in 2014 and is currently undertaking a PhD in cardiac genetic counselling under the supervision of A/Prof Jodie Ingles at the Centre for Population Genomics, the Garvan Institute of Medical Research/ Murdoch Children's Research Institute and the University of Sydney. Laura also works at the HCM and Genetic Heart Disease clinics, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and the Agnes Ginges Centre for Molecular Cardiology, Centenary Institute, Sydney. She is the current Chair of the Australasian Society of Genetic Counsellors (ASGC).
