Javier Eduardo Escober Torres is a cardiology resident at the University Hospital of Monterrey, Mexico, where he began his cardiology training in 2024 after completing a residency in internal medicine. His main areas of interest include arrhythmias, structural heart disease, adult congenital heart disease, and advanced cardiovascular imaging. He is currently enrolled in the Arrhythmia Course of the Argentine Society of Cardiology (SAC), where he is an active member. He is also a member of the Mexican Society of Cardiology and was recently accepted as a Silver Member of the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI). He participates in academic programs of the European Society of Cardiology and is especially focused on the integration of evidence-based practice with non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics. Javier speaks Spanish and English fluently. Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing football and has a deep appreciation for architecture and drawing.
