Biography
Oddný is a medical doctor in her 2nd year of internal medicine residency in Landspítali University Hospital in Reykjavík, Iceland. In January 2026 she will start her Cardiology residency at Sahlgrenska in Gothenburg, Sweden. She is also a PhD student at the University of Iceland, and her project is called 'The Icelandic Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Project: A recall-by-genotype study of MYBPC3 Founder Mutation Carriers.'
She and her partner Gunnar have a 1 year old daugther named Valgerður.
