Doctor Mara Escudero-Salamanca

Dr. Mara Escudero-Salamanca was born and raised in Mexico City. She studied Medicine at La Salle University in Mexico City. She is currently working in research at the Nuclear Cardiology Department in the National Institute of Cardiology in Mexico City. Dr. Escudero-Salamanca has a special interest in heart failure, structural defects, ischemia, atrial and ventricle speckle tracking echocardiography. She is co-author of several original articles in peer-reviewed cardiology journals.
