Professor Debasish Banerjee is a practicing Nephrologist and Care Group Lead, with a clinical and research interest in cardiovascular complications of CKD. He runs the "kidney failure-heart failure clinic" in St George's Hospital in London UK and leads the "Cardio-renal MDT". He is the chair of the Education and Training Committee of UK Kidney Association. He is the co-director of the Translational and Clinical Sciences Research Institute.
