Mrs Ana Luisa Vitorino Monteiro

Ana Luísa Monteiro has master’s degree in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon (FMUL) and has also a degree in Physical Therapy (1997) in Lisbon Health Technology School, Social and Organizational Psychology (2004) in ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, and postgraduate in Health Education (2008) in Faculty of Human Kinetics, University of Lisbon (FMH-UL). Has postgraduate in Yoga of the Heart – Cardiac and Cancer Certification for health professionals. Attended several seminars and training related to the area of Yoga and Meditation. HeartMath Practitioner: Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Self-Regulation. The Resilient Heart™: Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Certification. She works as a Meditation Teacher at University of Lisbon Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Centre (CRECUL), Azeitão Schools project of Emotional Intelligence and YogaDome Azeitão.
