Cardiovascular nurse specialist with approximately 15 years of clinical experience in cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure management. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Nursing School of the University of Coimbra, with a research focus on exercise training in hospitalised heart failure patients. PhD candidate (School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Abel Salazar (ICBAS), University of Porto) and active researcher affiliated with the Health Sciences Research Unit: Nursing (UICISA: E) of the Nursing School of the University of Coimbra. Committed to advancing cardiovascular nursing practice, education, and international collaboration through national and European networks.
