Iacopo Carbone is an Associate Professor of Radiology workin in the Department of Radiological, Oncological and Pathological Sciences at Sapienza, University of Rome. He has particular expertise and skills in the field of cardiovascular imaging with CT and MR,. 
He is the Head of the "Academic Diagnostic Imaging Division" - I.C.O.T. Hospital, Latina - ITALY Via Franco Faggiana, 1668, 04100 Latina LT He is involved in several national and international multi-centres trials with cardiac imaging. In the last years he showed specific skills in attracting funding from both national and international institutions as PI or participant. He is author of more than 95 indexed peer reviewed articles with an H-index of 25, more than 2700 citations and an Impact Factor of approximately 550. He is a reviewer for European Radiology, European Journal of Radiology and Investigative Radiology.
