Biography
Chen Gurevitz is a preventive cardiologist and lipid specialist with expertise in ASCVD prevention, advanced lipid disorders, and cardiometabolic risk stratification. She leads the Preventive Cardiology and Lipids Center at Rabin Medical Center, Israel, and serves as Head of the Ambulatory Services and Outpatient Cardiology Clinics. She completed advanced training in Preventive Cardiologyat the Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital and holds a research scientist appointment with the Metabolism and Lipids Program at Mount Sinai. Dr. Gurevitz is the recipient of an AHA grant for her ML-based study evaluating associations between incretins and cardiovascular outcomes in real-world populations. Her research focuses on precision prevention using advanced imaging, risk prediction, and patient-centered preventive strategies. She is active in international collaborations, serves as an author and reviewer for leading journals, and regularly presents at major scientific meetings.
