Graduated in medicine in 1997 at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), where residency and cardiology fellowship was completed in 2001. Chief fellow in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (USA), graduated in 2003. Since then has been serving as director of the Cardiac Arrhythmia Service and the Center for Atrial Fibrillation at Hospital Pro-Cardiaco and Samaritano in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Dr. Saad also has a PhD degree obtained in 2011 at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and is a fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS) and of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC). After 09/2023 Dr. Saad is a Electrophysiology Attending at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, USA / Harvard Medical School
