Ms Tineke Vinck

Tineke received her Bachelor in nursing in 2001 and started working at the Catharina Hospital, the Netherlands. As a senior nurse, she gained broad experience in the field of cardiothoracic surgery and developed her personal and organization skills. She attained a Master of Science as a nurse practitioner in 2018. Tineke meanwhile started working in the department of Cardiology. Tineke believes the partnership between care provider and patient is very important. Shared decision making and patient centered care is the key for good cooperation between patient and care-provider. As a nurse practitioner she wants to make the connection between medical treatment and patient centered nursing. Her top priorities are providing the best care for heart failure patients within healthcare institutes. She is being described as enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and inspiring. In the near future, she would like to contribute and initiate research in approving multidisciplinary heart failure care.
