Marianne Aznar is a Senior Lecturer in radiotherapy physics at the University of Manchester and at the Christie NHS Foundation Trust, the largest radiotherapy clinic in Europe. She is also a fully accredited clinical Medical Physics Expert, having practiced as a clinical scientist for 7 years in Canada and in Denmark. Her research focuses on the late effects of cancer treatment, such as heart disease and second cancers, in patients diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma, breast cancer and childhood cancer.
