Andrea Giordani graduated in Medicine in 2017 at the University of Padua (Italy), where he also completed training in Cardiology in 2021. He is currently working as Clinical Researcher in the Cardio-Immunology Outpatient Clinic of the same center, where he is also involved in the clinical care of patients including supervision and reporting of echocardiographic exams. His daily clinical duties are performed in strict collaboration with Clinical Immunologists with special expertise in the field. His main interests are myocarditis and inflammatory cardiomyopathy, with a special focus in immunosuppressive treatment of biopsy-proven myocarditis forms and myocardial involvement in immune-mediated systemic diseases. Outside the hospital, he enjoys swimming and traveling; he speaks English and Spanish as foreign languages, and is currently learning French.
