-Degree in Cardiology by the Clinic Universitary of Navarra, University of Navarra in 1990.
-Medical Doctor in Cardiology by the University of Navarra in 1990.
-Working as a fellow cardiologist at the Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de A Coruña (CHUAC), University of A Coruña, since 1990
-Head of the Stress Echo Laboratory of the CHUAC, since 1995.
-Honorary Associated professor of the University of A Coruña
