Biography
Dr. Pattarapon Chummee is an interventional cardiologist from Thailand with a special interest in structural and valvular heart interventions. He completed general cardiology training at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, and interventional cardiology training at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. His clinical and research interests include transcatheter valve therapies, structural heart disease, coronary intervention, and cardiovascular imaging. He has worked on research about transcatheter aortic valve implantation, paravalvular leak, rheumatic heart disease, and functional tricuspid regurgitation and has presented at international cardiovascular meetings. Dr. Chummee also completed an observership program in structural cardiology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he gained additional experience in advanced structural heart interventions and contemporary catheter-based therapies. He speaks Thai and English
