Jacqueline Tamis-Holland, MD, is an interventional cardiologist and Institute Director for Acute Coronary Care at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Tamis-Holland earned her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine, and completed her internal medicine residency at New York University Medical Center. She did her specialty training as a fellow in clinical cardiology and interventional cardiology at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospitals and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr Tamis-Holland’s clinical and research interests focus on the treatment of patients with acute and chronic CAD and on systems of care for STEMI and Cardiac Arrest. She has participated in the development of numerous societal guidelines and position papers on managing CAD and cardiogenic shock and cardiac arrest. She is currently a member of the NYS Cardiac advisory committee and the ACC-AHA Joint Committee for Clinical Practice Guidelines as well as the ACC Committee for Lifelong Learning.
