Doctor Nikolaos Tsiamis

Dr. Nikolaos Tsiamis is a cardiology resident based in Athens, Greece, with a strong academic and clinical interest in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular research. He is currently pursuing a PhD focused on drug-coated balloons (DCB) in coronary artery disease. He has authored and co-authored multiple scientific publications indexed in PubMed and has presented numerous abstracts and oral presentations at major European and Greek cardiology congresses. His research activity includes participation in international registries and multicenter clinical studies involving novel cardiovascular therapies and devices. Dr. Tsiamis also holds postgraduate qualifications in addition to his medical degree and has a background in Molecular Biology and Genetics, supporting his translational research interests in modern cardiovascular medicine.
