Yes, I am in the Cardiology field for morethan 35 years with first training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, USA. After returning to India, I established the first Echo lab in North Delhi in 1996, named JROP ECHO. The passion for teaching helped me establish the JROP INSTITUTE OF ECHO in April 2000. Since then, I have not looked back on echocardiography and its clinical applications in practice. To date, I have trained more than 5000 students from India and abroad in echocardiography. We have successfully run the echo training program since April 2000, and to date, we have conducted 53 basic echocardiography courses, with "Hands-on training" as the major attraction. Academically, we have submitted many papers for publication to date. In an organizational capacity, I have organized the National Cardiological Society of India meeting in 2012, the World Congress of Echocardiograp in 2002, 2011, and 2017. I shall be organizing Echo Asia 2026 in Delhi in October 2026.
