Dr Ranjit Shah is a cardiologist who sees patients with the full spectrum of adult cardiology problems and has special interests in echocardiography (including stress testing), cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, cardiomyopathies, and heart failure. Dr Shah has many publications in leading cardiology journals including JACC Cardiovascular Imaging, International Journal of Cardiology, American Journal of Cardiology and Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He is currently completing a PhD at the Flinders Medical Centre where he is investigating the utility of cardiac MRI in the diagnosis of asymptomatic coronary artery disease in chronic kidney disease patients.

Prognostic utility of Blood Oxygen Level Dependent (BOLD) Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) imaging in asymptomatic Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients with and without Diabetes Mellitus (DM).
