Biography
Agnes works as a senior clinical researcher at the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) under the supervision of Professor Dr Roland Schmieder at the Department of Nephrology and Hypertension (Professor Dr Mario Schiffer), Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) Erlangen-Nürnberg. She has dedicated her research to hypertension, particularly the prevention of cardiovascular end-organ damage. She began conducting clinical trials in accordance with GCP as a co-investigator in 2014, and as a principal investigator in 2020. She is a qualified doctor, graduating from Charité Berlin, Germany in 2012, and specialising in internal medicine in 2018, hypertension in 2019, and diabetology in 2019.
