I was Gulnoza’s supervisor for her clinical work and researches during her three years working in Scientific Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Diseases. In her work, Gulnoza displayed a high level of creativity, wit, and analytical thought that is very important for physician and researcher. Her research skills are truly phenomenal – her abstracts was accepted for such important in cardiology international congresses as EHRA Congress 2018, HFA Congress 2018. She is the winner of many Young investigators awards. She never stops self-development and self-education and now she taking specialization in electrophysiology and echocardiography. Gulnoza’s academic strengths are complemented by his demonstrated leadership skills –she was supervisor for students and residents of Kazakh-Russian Medical University and she always takes active part in organizing educational seminars in our organization .
