Professor Davide Capodanno

Davide Capodanno, MD, PhD, is Professor of Cardiology at the University of Catania and Interventional Cardiologist at the Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria “Policlinico G. Rodolico-S. Marco”, Catania (Italy). He has authored more than 500 manuscripts, 5 textbooks of interventional cardiology and 17 textbook chapters, and he has delivered more than 200 invited lectures in international meetings. Prof. Capodanno is Co-Director of the PCR Clinical Research Course and Associate Director of TCT. He is a member of the Working Group on Thrombosis of the ESC and a member of the Educative Solutions Research Group Programme of PCR. Prof. Capodanno serves as Editor-in-Chief of Eurointervention, Associate Editor of the European Heart Journal, Section Editor of Thrombosis and Haemostasis and Editorial Consultant of JACC Cardiovascular Interventions.
