Medical degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2000), with a residency in Clinical Medicine at Hospital das Clínicas at UFMG, residency in Cardiology at the Dante Pazzanese Institute of Cardiology and specialization in Intensive Care at Instituto do Coração (InCor). PhD in Cardiology, University of São Paulo (USP). Currently the medical coordinator of the ICUs at DFStar, in Brasília, Brazil (DF).
