Biography
Dr. Anthony Matta, MD, PhD, FESC, is an interventional cardiologist currently serving as Head of the Cardiology Department at CHIVA, France. He is also an interventional cardiologist at Toulouse University Hospital and a researcher at the CERPOP Unit (Inserm UMR 1295). In addition, he serves as an instructor at the Faculty of Medicine of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon. Dr. Matta holds postgraduate degrees in interventional cardiology, structural cardiology, intensive cardiovascular care, public health and heart failure. His main research interests focus on coronary artery disease, atherosclerosis, and heart failure. He is the author and co-author of more than 67 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
