Dr Muhammad Javed Iqbal Khan is working as a Clinical Research Fellow at the Robertson Centre of Biostatistics, University of Glasgow. He completed his primary medical qualification from Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, Pakistan. He is a cardiology registrar by background. His main interest is heart failure and ultrasound assessment of congestion in heart failure. He is part of a team of world renowned heart failure researchers with Professor John Cleland and Dr Pierpaolo Pellicori as his mentors and supervisors.
