Dr. Osorio is a native of Brazil where he earned his medical degree. He completed training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. After completing his training, he served as an Assistant Professor at UAB for 3 years and was the Director of Electrophysiology and the Catheterization Laboratory at the Birmingham VA Medical Center.
