Biography
Jennifer graduated from the University of Oxford in 2006, training as a cardiologist before embarking on a DPhil in the Rider Group studying myocardial high-energy phosphate metabolism in obesity and heart failure, awarded in 2018. She was appointed the first female Clinical Lecturer in Cardiovascular Medicine in Oxford, completing her specialist training in 2021. She currently works between the Oxford Heart Centre as an Honorary Consultant Cardiologist specialising in heart failure and cardiometabolic disease, and OCMR as a Senior Clinical Research Fellow and DPhil supervisor.
