Dr. Ahmed A. Alsaileek, MD, MSc, FESC, is a Consultant Adult Cardiology and head of advanced cardiac imaging center at King Abdulaziz Cardiac Center, National Guard Health Affairs, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has a special interest in non-invasive cardiology, cardiac imaging including echocardiography, CT and MRI. Dr. Alsaileek took up her consultant post in 2006. He initially undertook clinical training in internal Medicine at King Fahad Hospital Riyadh, Saudi Arabia until 1999. Then he completed 4 years training in cardiovascular medicine and echocardiography at King Abdulaziz medical city in 2003. In 2006, he finished 3-year-traonng in cardiac imaging at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, USA. He established advanced cardiac imaging unit at King Abdulaziz Cardiac center.
