Biography
Melly Susanti, MD is a cardiologist and interventional fellow at Korea University Guro Hospital, Seoul. Since starting her fellowship in February 2025, she has been training in complex coronary and peripheral interventions, with particular interests in chronic total occlusion (CTO) PCI, intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT), and endovascular therapies. Before her fellowship, Dr. Susanti worked as a cardiologist at the Ministry of Health Hospital Surabaya, in collaboration with the National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita, Indonesia. She completed her cardiology residency at Universitas Airlangga and Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Indonesia. She has contributed to research on endothelial function, cardiac amyloidosis, and cardiovascular pharmacotherapy, with several peer-reviewed publications. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Susanti is dedicated to cardiovascular health education and actively creates content to raise public awareness about heart disease.
