Gregorio Tersalvi, MD, FHFA, is a cardiologist, Assistant Professor of Medicine, and research fellow in Cardiovascular Diseases at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota (USA). He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Milan, Italy, and completed postgraduate clinical training in Switzerland, where he graduated from the fifth Postgraduate Course in Heart Failure (PCHF) at the University of Zurich in 2022–2023 and obtained the Swiss Board Certification in Cardiology (FMH) in 2026. His research is mainly focused on heart failure, infiltrative and inflammatory cardiomyopathies, and nuclear cardiology.
