Professor Feras Bader

Prof. Feras Bader is the Chairman of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and the Director of the section of Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine and Cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. After completing his advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Fellowship at Yale University in 2003, he went to the University of Utah and completed his Cardiovascular Fellowship in 2006. He then joined the faculty there at the Division of Cardiology. He served as the Medical Director of the Heart Failure Program at the University of Utah Hospital and the Director of the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Fellowship Program. Prof. Bader is a Fellow of the ACC and the HFSA. He is the Regional Chairman of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation Foundation on behalf of the Middle East region.
