Oleksii Korzh, MD, PhD is a licensed physician with more than 30 years of clinical practice and over 20 years of experience in clinical research. He is a Professor and Head of the Department of General Practice–Family Medicine at Kharkiv National Medical University, Ukraine. Professor Korzh has served as a principal investigator in clinical research for more than two decades, contributing to a wide range of studies at the intersection of clinical medicine. He is an active member of leading international professional societies, including ESC, EAPC, ESC Working Group on Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy, Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). Throughout his academic and professional career, his research interests have focused on the complex interplay between endothelial dysfunction, metabolic disturbances, and cardiovascular disease, with a strong emphasis on improving evidence-based, patient-centred care.
