Helen Hayes is a nurse practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in the field of cardiac nursing. Helen obtained her degree at Edith Cowan University following on with a Post Graduate Degree and finally completing her Masters in Nurse Practitioner through Curtin University in 2006. She has published papers in peer related journals in her field of expertise & regularly presents at National & International Conferences & forums on her chosen speciality. She is the lead nurse practitioner at the Advanced Heart Service at Fiona Stanley Hospital responsible for multiple HF streams including amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, inherited muscle disorders and advanced therapy candidates. Helen is passionate about her role in caring for people. Helen believes in the value of teamwork.
