Doctor Konstantinos Petsios

Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center, Athens (Greece)

Konstantinos Petsios is a RN with an MSc in Clinical Nursing and an MSc in Health Management and a PhD in Clinical Nursing specialized in Emergency & Cardiovascular Nursing. He is currently working in the “Onassis” Cardiac Surgery Center as a Head Clinical Research Nurse and he is in charge regarding audit of clinical outcome and research implementation. He has been Lecturer (407/80) in Pediatric Nursing and Clinical Nursing Assessment in the University of Athens (2010-2012) and University of Peloponnese (2018-2019), respectively. He has more than 17 years of experience in clinical practice as an emergency care nurse, paediatric intensive care nurse and researcher/scientific collaborator. He is the General Secretary of the Directory Board of Hellenic Nurses’ Association (HNA) with several publications in scientific journals (Google Scholar: 638 citations H-index=13) and he is an an acknowledged peer reviewer.
